Soro’s ‘Bleeding Lotus Blitz’ was by no means a simple attack. It could destroy an entire house into nothing but rubble. And Soro didn’t really hold himself back when he launched his attack. Even if he were to kill Ria, he had nothing to lose as Myles had given the permission for him to fight with the intent to kill.

Hundreds of dark petals flew at Ria’s body. Her instincts screamed in her head, and her body reacted at lightning speed, and she covered herself with her wings.

The petals struck her wings and bounced off in different directions. Some struck the ground, and some fell in the lava pool that was more than 100 ft away.

Though the petals couldn’t cut through Ria’s feathers, the sheer power behind them sent Ria flying back. She was heading straight for the volcanic pool. She wanted to fly, but her wings were still trembling after taking the attack, and so she couldn’t employ her wings.
