CHAPTER 280

A boat approached the bagel-shaped dungeon, as peddled by Myles from one end. He was asked to do the job if he wanted an oxygen tank, so he couldn’t refuse them.

The lake was not a small one. Because of the plastic bags and all kinds of garbage floating around, pedaling the boat proved all the harder. However, Myles didn’t complain. He patiently steered the boat and left the eight men surprised. The team’s porter especially was wide-eyed by seeing how expertly Myles was steering the boat without messing up the garbage all around.

“Where did you learn this technique?” the porter, who was a somewhat fat but handsome man asked. “You’re doing it so smoothly without stopping. That requires both stamina as well as lots of practice.”

“I used to often travel on boats in my past life,” Myles replied casually.

All the men except the porter laughed out saying that Myles had a good sense of humor.

“If you don’t want to tell us, it’s okay,” the porter shrugged and minded his business.
