Art narrowly dodged the horns of a beast that charged at him.He had been hunting continuously without rest for the past four hours, so the time now was around midnight. “Aura release!”The glowing mark on his eyes grew brighter as a powerful wave of aura burst from his body, destroying all the ice around him.“I’m under attack. Can’t I just have my peace?” Art muttered.Whatever was attacking him was strong as he had to put a lot of effort into destroying the ice.His dagger and sword appeared from his storage device into his hands.The particles of ice that were suspended mid-air due to the explosion morphed into very thin spikes, numbering several hundred, all aimed at him.Using both weapons in that split second, he sent out aura slashes, which destroyed nearly all the spikes, but the rest were strong enough to pass through his aura skin and pierce into his true skin.They were thinner than needles, so the pain was not more than what he could handle, but actual damage wasn’t done. During the tracking, the group noticed a few battles along the way. What they observed was quite shocking.Art had fought multiple beasts more than once. All in the middle of the night.Looking around, this was the biggest scale of damage that they had encountered, so the fight here was definitely extreme. The bodies of E-rank beasts were littered around; some were whole, while others weren’t.‘I can see how he was able to rack up so many points. Just who is this guy? I could learn a thing or two from him,’ Scry looked around in thought.Rhea observed the corpses of the beasts as well as the environment, and from the time she spent watching him, she already knew his fighting style to an extent. “It’s definitely him.
