Undeterred by Theresa's threats, Calvin stood his ground, his mind racing as he searched for a way out of the predicament. "This office is literally empty. It's just me and my sister here, trying to find an apartment, and even that hasn't been handled properly. That reflects poorly on you as the manager," he retorted, his words cutting through the tension like a knife.

Theresa's face contorted with rage at Calvin's accusation, her eyes flashing with fury as she bristled at his insinuation.

"How dare you speak to me like that! You and your sister are nothing but a waste of my time," she spat, her voice dripping with contempt.
