Chapter Thirty-Nine

Theresa faces Damien with a disgusted look; she wonders how the bastard got inside and why he was heading to the elevator.

“Where do you think you are going? How did you even get here?”

Theresa hated the brat; he refused to apologize for coming late. She wanted to deal with him that day, but she had to obey work conduct.

She was happy he was sacked, but the fool decided to show his face again.

“Are you deaf or something? Can't you talk?”

Damien was glad she was still working here; he must discipline her for the insult she rained on him that day and for getting him fired.

“I can see you still work here; you don't deserve to work here. I won't tolerate people who abuse their power wrongly.”

Theresa raised her eyebrows; she couldn't believe Damien responded to her without respect, and his words were annoying.

“I see you are here to cause trouble; we don't allow such conduct here.”

She thought of the perfect allegation she could frame Damien on.
