Chapter Twenty-One

Damien was still trying to figure out what was going on when one of the sales representatives walked up to him.

She looked at Damien, disgusted, before she pointed at Doris.

“That Lady over there damaged one of our bags; she couldn't provide the money, so we are holding you responsible for it. You are going to work as a cleaner until you complete the payment.”

Damien bit his lips; he was angry. Doris called him out here for this.

The sales representative continues

“since you are willing to work. You will start work immediately.”

She directed Damien to the cleaners staff room to charge his clothes.

“Go change your clothes; your work starts immediately.”

Damien glares at her; he must control his anger before he smacks somebody to the ground unknowingly. He walks straight up to Doris.

“You called me out here for this.”

Damien's eyes were deadly, and Doris doesn't have much cash to pay for the damage. Since Sir Bernard dismissed Megan from the family company, they lost their monthly incom
