"So, if I don't tell you, you aren't going to speak to me, huh?" He asked.

"Yeah." She affirmed.

"Okay then." He smirked then brushed past her. Julia was furious with the way he just discarded her threat as if it meant nothing.

She just wanted to know how he got the money to purchase such an expensive car and also know what job he was doing that was making his bank account overflow with money.

Unknowingly to him, she had peeped at his balance the day he pretended to slump.

"Come on Ray, this is not funny anymore." She groaned in distress.

When Raymond got to the office, just like it had been for a while now, tongues were wagging about him.

For the first time since the drama began, he decided to listen to the conversation of two staff who were so engrossed that they didn't know when he joined them.
