In the early morning of the next day, Irving raised his hand to turn off the alarm as soon as it rang as usual, then he sat up with a somersault and practiced in silence.

Just after two hours, Irving, who had been sitting cross-legged with his eyes closed, slowly opened his eyes. He did not go out to exercise as usual.
