CHAPTER 42: AFTER THE INAUGURATION.Samantha had been indoors all day, as a result of Joey's behavior. She had switched off her phone, as she needed some time to think things through. "I do need a man who can cater to my needs, and that's exactly what Joey is doing. He does a really good job at that, and I can't afford to mess things up," Samantha reasoned, feeling she had no choice.She took her phone and turned it on. CHAPTER 43: FIRST DAY AS CEO. Justin woke up very early and was seated up on his bed, trying to figure out how the day would go. The day was a bright and seemed very promising that morning. It was the last working day of the week. "This is the life I have been craving for. And now that I have it, I have to make it work," Justin encouraged himself. He stood up from the bed and began preparing for the day. Shortly after, he was done preparing. He walked close to the mirror and checked himself, and he smiled seeing how good looking he was. He picked his phone and walked towards the door. He opened it and exited the room, heading to meet Mr Bishop in his room. As he got to Mr Bishop's door, he stood for a bit and adjusted his tie and then he pressed the notification bell. Mr Bishop heard and was very sure that it was Justin. CHAPTER 44: THE CEO. Justin walked through the main entrance of the office complex accompanied by Gomez and four of the bodyguards, heading to the private elevator. All the workers who were at the ground floor looked in awe at the sight of the new CEO. They greeted Justin respectfully as he walked by. He nodded in acknowledgement, smiling softly. As they got to the elevator, Justin, Gomez, and two bodyguards got in, while two stayed put. As they got to the executive floor, they found Agnes seated at her desk, as she quickly stood up.
