Chapter 789 Who Remained Faithful and Loyal

Days passed. Fabray House became a lonely corner, just for Reginaldo and Faron.

With ‘Miss Correia’ no longer around, Reginaldo exempted Faron from the obligation to wear a suit. As a result, Reginaldo was already used to going downstairs in sweatpants and finding the butler wearing just boxers in the kitchen, preparing breakfast.

“Good morning, Boss Reginaldo.” Faron greets him with a respectful smile, “How have you been feeling?”

“Can you believe I still wake up reaching for the now empty side of the bed?” Reginaldo sits down, telling this as if it were a joke, “Or else, I wake up at dawn and jump on her side to bang her, but I only fall into the void.”

“Yeah, I understand you. Try sleeping in the middle of the bed.” Faron advises him.

“Maybe that’s better, or else go hunting for the next candidate.” Reginaldo sighs.

Faron puts the breakfast options on the table while Reginaldo takes his cell phone out of his pocket to see what's new.
