During the upcoming days at Opulent University, there was a noticeable atmosphere of tension. Liam was burdened by the presence of the impending threat of "The Purge", causing every encounter to be filled with possible peril. He was aware that he needed to remain vigilant and use strategic thinking to prevent becoming a target of the schemes being plotted against him.

During one of his classes, he observed Vanguard, who appeared aloof and bitter ever since their previous meeting. Although she occasionally glanced at him, her demeanor was colder than usual. Liam noticed she was still bothered by the events of the previous night, but he had more important matters to attend to. He had to concentrate on collecting information and building alliances.

Following the class, Liam headed to the library to rendezvous with Lindy. Upon his arrival, he observed a cluster of students gathered around a table, whispering and sneaking glances towards him. The air was filled with intrigue and rumors.
