Quickly, John turned his body around, staring sharply into Belinda’s eyes.

“What did you say?” John asked. His voice was sharp, and his eyes carried a sense of dread.

Belinda felt a murderous aura emanating from John’s body, making her scared. However, she managed to conceal her fear quite well.
