Christian felt that he had a hand in this problem. She felt jealous and disappointed because she wasn’t informed beforehand that her husband was in charge of the project. Yve’s reaction was impulsive; she tore up the contract agreement letter.

Christian then took steps to go to Marigold’s house to explain that the cooperation was still ongoing.

But after just three steps, her hand was stopped by Yve.

Christian turned around and said, “I need to explain to Grandma that the cooperation between the two companies is still ongoing.”

Yve shook her head, “You don’t need to go there. They will never listen to you. All they will do is insult you.”

“But no matter what, I have to set things right. Right now, you’ve been fired from De Delta Company, I know you have big dreams there. You want to help the company grow. If you’re not there, how will you realize your dreams?”

“No need, Christian. They no longer want me, and I am not valued at all by them. Why should I stay there?”
