Chapter 64

Alfred arrived home in the evening after his journey. His facial expression clearly showed how weary and exhausted he was.

He got out of the car and forced his legs to walk into Granny's living room. As he entered, his family was in the middle of a serious argument, completely absorbed and not noticing Alfred's entrance.

Despite his exhausted state, Alfred tried to figure out what they were arguing about. He squinted his eyes and strained to hear words in the midst of the argument.

What surprised him even more was the fact that they were arguing in front of Granny.

What disrespect!

He was still surprised why the old woman wasn't complaining, only wearing a bitter expression on her face.

To his siblings and other family members, it seemed like a crime to speak one after another. Everyone wanted to have their say at the same time.

Isn't that crazy? Or are they all high on drugs or something? Can a normal group of people argue like this? How will they get their point across?
