William knew Huston has so many cars and he had mentioned to him several times that he also has many houses. What might have happened to them?

"When I was at the hospital, after I spent all the money in my bank account on treatment, my health condition still remained very critical. I was left with nothing else but my properties. I just had to sell them to help myself."

William had a raised eyebrow upon hearing that. "Wow, that must be very serious!" He was very skeptical about what Huston said but he had to hide it.

'Could that be true?' He began to ponder over it. He had a slight idea of how good he was at delivering believable lies, but the matter at hand was different. This involved his life. Could he be lying about this, too? Even if he had to lie to others about it, did he have to lie to a very close friend as well?

'If I were to count his cars, he has up to 4 cars. How could he sell all 4 cars that would be worth millions to treat himself? He once told me he had some houses too,
