CHAPTER 103: The Alliance

"We will have to work together if you want information on Lawton," Logan said.

This upsets Barry as he assumes Logan is trying to take advantage of him.

Logan could tell Barry was angry as he looked at him, he knew he had to do something to convince him to join hands with him.

"I want to bring Lawton down too and I need a strong accomplice like you," Logan said.

"We can work together to destroy him," Logan added.

Barry's expression softened as he listened to Logan, everything was starting to make sense to him.

He was happy Lawton was their common enemy and the idea of joining hands with the strange man in front of him didn't look so bad.

Barry was about to ask Logan how they would go about it when he suddenly remembered he didn't know anything about him.

"How am I sure I can trust you?" He said.

"You might stab me in the back?" Barry added.

"You can trust me," Logan said.

"I don't have any reason to betray you," he added.

Barry was sceptical, as he still didn't trust him.
