CHAPTER 108: Sinister strike

Unknown to Lawton, the bus that had pulled up in front of him was the gang leader's boss.

The driver and the passenger of the bus were all members of the gang leader.

Lawton looked around the bus and could tell something wasn't right as all the passengers were men and they all looked weird.

Lawton started to feel uncomfortable as all the passengers stared at him.

He then decided to get out of the bus.

"Please stop the car," Lawton said.

"I want to get down," he added.

The driver ignored Lawton and this made Lawton scared.

After a few weird exchanges between Lawton and the passengers, the bus suddenly stops at the side of the road and the passengers pounced on Lawton.

"Why are you all doing this?" Lawton yelled as they continued to punch him.

He was defenseless and there was nothing he could do but shout as the men continued to beat him up.

Lawton was beaten up so badly, that his eyes started to get blurry.

"It's okay," the driver of the boss stated firmly, as he looked back at Lawton.
