Roland drove tiredly to the parking lot of the Lafayette Mansion.

His mind was preoccupied with thoughts of his father, who was currently under the care of the Butler at the hospital.

As he dragged himself to his room, he felt every step he took. He flung his keys on the table and fell on the bed.

He was so tired that he didn't even bother to take his shoes off.

Seraphina, his maid, entered the room to check on him. She saw him laughing and was curious to know what was amusing him.
