The guards listened to me and decided to come to my house a few days later, just as I instructed them.

It was most likely that they would report what happened to the higher-ups, but they would see it as an opportunity to use the blood elves' infighting to get rid of them!

It was hard to sleep with a wolf as your neighbor, the rumors about the blood elves' hunger and instability made them enemy number one in the humanized elves' eyes, combined with the fact that they became more and more distrusting, paranoid and hateful as they accepted the human lifestyle made them as unstable as the blood elves!
