Upon entering the room, Zale found his wife, Sasha standing before the mirror, applying makeup as she did every morning before heading to work.

Fresh out of the bath, she was draped only in a short bath towel.

Sasha Jenkins, a stunning young woman standing six feet tall, possessed flawless skin, long dark hair, and enchanting green eyes that could captivate any man. Her beautiful features, highlighted by her alluring smile, had the power to make Zale forget his troubles and sorrows.

Seeing her, all the sadness and anger Zale was feeling a while ago evaporated without a trace. It was replaced by instant happiness.

"Hi, babe. Finally done with your bath?" Zale greeted her with a radiant smile, eager to embrace her.

"No...No...No!" Sasha exclaimed, halting him in his tracks.

Confused, Zale asked, "What's wrong? Can't I hug my beautiful wife?"

Sasha wore a fake smile as she responded, "Look at the sweat on your face. I just took a bath. Do you want me to start all over again? I won't let you hug me with that stench, it's not happening."

"Fine, I won't hug you. But can you at least give me a kiss? I really miss you," Zale pleaded, his eyes filled with longing.

"Miss me? Didn't we spend the night together? You're insatiable," Sasha retorted, leaning in to give him a soft kiss. But as she pulled away, Zale seized her by the neck, drawing her closer into his embrace.

"Oh my God, no..." she protested, but it was too late. In no time she found herself naked on the bed, with Zale on top of her.

They engaged in a brief lovemaking session that lasted only twenty minutes before retreating to the bathroom for another intimate encounter. Afterward, they showered together, their bodies entwined in passion.

Minutes later, they emerged from the bathroom, Zale sporting a wide smile as he prepared for work.

Despite the trials of the morning, his time with his wife had brightened his mood considerably.

Sasha, on the other hand, wore a smug expression as she readied herself for the day. Though bathing twice in one morning was not her preference, she enjoyed the moments shared with Zale.

If there was one thing she cherished about him, despite his poverty and uselessness, it was his ability to satisfy her in bed.

No other man she had encountered could compare. For that reason, she hesitated to rush into a divorce, waiting until she found a suitable replacement for Zale.

"I'm ready to leave, babe. Unlike you, who is the boss, I work for someone, so I have to get to work on time. I'll see you in the evening. Bye," Zale said, pressing a short kiss on Sasha's lips before leaving the room.

Sasha smiled back at him, her expression concealing her true thoughts. As soon as Zale stepped out of the room, her smile vanished, and she began talking to herself.

"God, faking a smile is so exhausting. What a loser of a husband. How foolish was I in my immaturity? Well, I'll continue using him for my own benefit until I grow tired and dump him."

"I'll grant him the privilege of divorcing me first, simply because he was my first love. However, if he doesn't initiate it soon, I'll have to take matters into my own hands."

"I'm tired of being married to such a worthless piece of garbage in the name of love. If only I could turn back time and make things right, I wouldn't have married this loser."

Sasha continued muttering to herself as she dressed up, adorning an expensive champagne-colored dress with off-shoulder sleeves that accentuated her beauty.

Nonetheless, she had no intention of wearing that dress to the office. Absolutely not.

*Thud Thud*

As she finished dressing, a knock resounded at the door.

"Come in."

The door opened to reveal a tall, brown-haired gentleman dressed in a black tuxedo and fancy round glasses. It was none other than Lennon Jenkins, Sasha's brother.

Despite his youthful appearance, one would be mistaken to think he was Sasha's younger sibling. In reality, the reverse was true.

Lennon scanned the room before speaking, a mischievous smile spreading across his face. "Where is that loser? Don't tell me he's still working as a delivery man," he jeered, relishing in ridiculing Zale.

"Hey, watch it. He's still my husband. Show some respect. He may be useless to you, but he serves a purpose for me. I doubt you could accomplish even half of what he does," Sasha retorted, licking her lips seductively.

Lennon's face twitched at Sasha's comment, his expression turning sour. He could tolerate being compared to Zale, albeit begrudgingly. However, suggesting that Zale was more competent than him crossed a line.

"Don't say that again. I'm warning you. One more word about Zale being better than me, and you'll regret it," Lennon warned sternly, his anger escalating. "If you praise him again, I'll beat him to a pulp."

"As if I care. You can do whatever you want with him. Just remember that he's superior to you in certain aspects," Sasha lazily remarked, purposefully brushing against Lennon as she left the room. She wanted to infuriate him even more.

"And another thing, I don't need your help to get to the office today. I can drive myself. Bye, sweetie," she added, before walking away.

"Sasha, I'll make sure Zale pays for your disobedience. Besides, I've always wanted to beat him up. Now you've given me a reason," Lennon muttered with a sinister grin before leaving the room as well.

On his way downstairs, Lennon paused briefly and made a call. "Find out where Zale works. Also, cancel any important appointments I have today and reschedule them for tomorrow. I won't be in the office today. Send me the location of Zale's workplace within the next two hours, no matter what it takes."

Ending the call without waiting for a response, Lennon continued his descent down the stairs, his mind consumed with a devious plan. He was determined to teach Zale a lesson and assert his dominance once and for all.

Are you certain about this path you're taking?"Zale, undeterred, responded, "I've made my choice, Grandpa. This is a battle I must face, not just for myself, but for those who've suffered unjustly."The last part was talking about Oracle. The old man had gone through a series of emotional breakdowns after his son and his daughter-in-law died. It was one hell of a torture at that time.Oracle let out a sigh, a blend of regret and understanding in his simulated eyes. "I cannot dissuade you, but remember th

The family members exchanged bewildered glances, grappling with the implications of this unexpected twist. Azazel, breaking the silence, furrowed his brows and questioned, "Adair Group?
