Chapter 25

Mason walked into the company after one day of absence. The familiar smell and rush of cold air made him think he was absent for close to half a year, six months. Adrian Harvey, his assistant, rushed out to meet him and greeted him first.

"Welcome back sir." He bowed to him. Mason stopped and chuckled at what he did.

"You are acting like I was gone for the whole year man." Mason hugged him tightly to Adrian's disbelief. He nudged him playfully and proceeded into the company. Mason had informed Adrian about the accident which made him absent from work, that was why he greeted him that way. Mason has refused to make it public and wanted it to be private. He doesn't want it out in public, not like he would benefit anything from it. He already knew who did it and he would try to solve his family matter by himself. Public opinion and sympathy isn't needed.

If the case was made public, the public would insist on an investigation which would not be favorable for the king and the royal fam
