Mason walks out of the courtroom with a sly smile. In no time, he will win this case and their divorce might be nullified. The case is adjourned to a later date. A new date will come up and their lawyer will inform them.

"Mason, thanks for pleading with the court to allow her to go home." Stella's sister says to him. She's really grateful to him. His sister and Bella may think he has been heartless or Mason may think he has become wicked and chasing revenge but he still has a good heart. Mason still has a good heart he may not think he has.

Mason nods and leaves with Dennis. He had pleaded with the court to allow her to go home and not be put in prison custody. She was found guilty of assault and she is supposed to stay in the police custody till the next case and her judgment will be passed on. But prior to the pleading by Stella's sister and the respect he has for her, he pleads with the court to let her go home instead of staying in the police custody.
