Chapter 29 || I Won

He took an imposing posture, breathed deeply, then appeared in front of Alex. He had moved so fast, faster than before, and Alex could barely foresee him coming that quickly. He swiftly thought of using his dragon fist again, but before he could take the proper stance, an almost deafening punch landed on his mandible.

He wanted to do something, wanted to react, to block at least, but before he could, another unexpected painful punch hit his rib cage, followed by an uppercut, a cross, a hook to his head, two hefty body shots to his torso, a direct hit to his face, two to his liver, his neck, a leg swipe to unbalance him, and then a finishing kick straight to the chest that sent him plummeting to the ground, rolling to the end of the ring, and writhing in pain.
