"Why? Isn't it your job?" Zara interrogated.

The policeman clutched his hands together on his desk, "Yes it is but I still can't do that. According to the law here, the one who filed the case must withdraw it themselves. And you don't look like the one who filed the case."

Zara grinded her teeth in annoyance as she remembered who filed the case. "Arjun." She muttered.

Without a word, Zara stormed out of the police station with her cellphone in her hand.

She dialed Arjun's number and it ringed almost immediately.

"Come to the police station right now." Zara ordered.

"I won't." Arjun responded, his voice sounding cold.

"If you don't come here, I might get arrested for attempted suicide." Zara threatened as she tightened her grip on the phone.

Arjun stopped swiveling his executive chair, "Zara, don't do anything stupid."

"Then you better come here or else." Zara growled and disconnected the call.
