There was jubilation amongst the farmers of Castle City. They were so frustrated that after months of toiling and tilling, when their farm produce was due for harvest, it yielded little to nothing.

This had made them wonder what was going wrong. Could it be that they didn't work well? Could it be that they did not apply enough fertilizers?

Due to these consecutive results, they bought more fertilizers than they should, which caused them so much loss.

They had been spending a lot of fertilizers to grow their farm crops, but whenever it was time to harvest, they realized that there was just a few crops they could harvest that were healthy.

Sometimes, before the harvest, the farm pests must have eaten almost all that they had planted.

This had saddened the farmers, because they could neither eat from it nor sell anything.

It all made sense to them now. The minister of Agriculture had caused them all of these, all because he wanted to make more profits in the disguise of helping them.
