25: Strict Lecturer
As he tried to sneak in without the professor's notice, his shoe-clad feet mistakenly screeched on the floor and made an alarming noise, which brought the lecturer's attention.

"Hey! Where are you coming from? Don't tell me you're just entering my class now, or were you?" Professor Lenson asked.

Rex fretted. He knew the only solution to save him was to lie; he couldn't even remember the last time he lied, but he had to do it now, to save himself from Professor Lenson.

"Sir, I have been in the class since you entered," Rex fibbed.

The professor approached closely in Rex's direction; he removed his spectacles and glanced at Rex directly at his eyeballs. He stared at him for some seconds to make him feel the dreadful aura and grandeur in him.

"And where are you coming from?" Professor Lenson added

Rex adjusted back; he wanted to tell the truth, but he did not really want to miss the lecture, and he thought of how his coursemates would react if he tell lies.
