104 : Twelve Fifteen

Alexis sat holed up to the wall, sitting on the bed with her feet flat on the bed and her knees drawn closer to her chest, she wrapped her hands around her knees, her head buried down. There was a tray of empty plates in front of her, she had only chosen to eat because of the child she was carrying.

The door made a creaking noise, the same noise it usually makes whenever it is being opened. She heard the sound of footsteps approaching her but she didn't move a single inch, maintaining the same position.

She didn't need a soothsayer to tell her who it is, a part of her always wish that she is wrong for the first time, that the scent that will fill the room once the door creaks open is not the one in the room now but the one that she have grown accustomed to, the beautiful scent that always make her heart racing, the voice that will call out to her, is the one that always soothes her and make her lips curve into a smile off their accord.
