CHAPTER 180

“What’s wrong, princess?” Taron asked as he pulled Rebecca into his side.

“Nothing.” Rebecca murmured.

They were back to living together, and she was not feeling so well. She did not feel ill in any way, but she had a terrible foreboding, like as if something was just about to happen, and she had no way to stop it.

“You don’t look like it’s nothing— don’t get me wrong, you look good, but you also look kind of down, are you upset?” Taron asked.

With all the pressure from the other side outside their home, Taron was actually happy to be worried about Rebecca. Just her, as he was supposed to, if that Javier guy didn’t bother to enter what wasn’t his business at all.

“I just feel weird, like, there’s something off, but I can’t tell what it is,” Rebecca said with a huge frown on her face before looking up to point at Taron. “don’t call me a Casandra, or I’ll hit you.”
