Chapter 119: It didn't go well.

Mr Simon's POV (Bruce's Father in law):

Emily was shaking like a leaf , as she knelt down with her hands up and I placed a book on top of her hand.

I warned her not to drop the book or I will give her a harsher punishment.

I was lenient with my punishment ,because her mother begged me not to punish her since the deed had already been done.

So there was nothing else that I could do, I blame myself for not cautioning her, when she would speak out of line.

I thought that my daughter was smart and would know when to shut up, but I didn't know she was such a useless girl that only attracts trouble.

She was holding back tears and her mum stood beside her ,pleading with me to let her go.

I don't think she understands the level of the damage she had caused, my company shares were greatly affected by her words and now , I was receiving calls from different people calling me names and insulting my family.
