I practically ran out of the company as the driver started the car and we drove off.

The bodyguards followed the car and were coming behind us in their own car.

I couldn't help but worry about Roxy's condition and I told the driver to hurry.

Good thing the road wasn't busy, it would have been so annoying and frustrating to stay in the traffic while I was worrying about Roxy's condition.

I could feel my heart drumming loudly in my chest.

What if something bad has happened to her?
