Liam gets a call, telling him that Kyle is out of custody.

"What, why the hell would you let him go?" Liam asks in anger.

"Because he is clearly from the charge. He had a solid alibi."

"I need to know what that alibi is."

"He went to a pharmacy because he was sick, the cameras there confirmed that. The ones on the street also showed him going home and not leaving."

"Really, then, who did this?"

"I sent know, but he is planning to press charges against you and the arresting officers."

"What does he expect to really get out of this? I want to give him a dime."

"Actually, Mr. Tate, he has Ala right to sue the police. While he was in custody, they beat him badly. His left shoulder is broken, he has a few cracked ribs, and his neck is in a brace."

"The bad part is that he is blaming you for this. Said you set him up and paid the officers to harm him."
