Mr. Grayson meets with Mr. Jergens later that day. Pointing a finger in his face.

‘’I want my money back!’’

Mr. Jergens looks at his lawyer.

‘’I’m afraid that won’t be possible, Mr. Grayson. You signed a contract with my client, stating that you want immediate buy out of his land.’’

‘’I change my mind because that place is nothing but shit, and now I see why you were so eager to sell it.’’ Mr. Grayson snaps.

‘’Mr. Grayson, you are at fault for not making any check to see if the premise were up to standard. You have no one to blame but yourself.’’

‘’I am going to sue.’’ Mr. Grayson says, he looks at his lawyer and he nods.

‘’Go ahead and we will counter-sue. Taking what little cents you have left. Maybe if you weren’t so in a rush, you would have let Mr. Jergens state the problems of the lands. But you wanted it so badly that you gave him the cash up front, took the deed, and chased us off your property.’’
