"All I need is the equipment, the production studio and we will have to best TV show coming out of Notting Hill."

Liam almost laugh at the man.

"So all you have is the idea? No money to kick start this... reality show of yours. No crew, no nothing."

"Yes, but... that is where you come in. We partner up and when the money comes rolling in, a pay you back plus more."

"Ok." Liam says.

The man claps his hands, thinking that Liam is agreeing to him.

"So, how will you pay the actors and your crew? If it is only the equipment and space you need."

"No, no, no. You will also provide a loan."

"I will?" Liam asks.

"Yes."

Liam shakes his head then calls for security.

"Can you please get this man out of my office?"

"Come on, this is a great opportunity for both of us. More money for the new year."
