After the tearful Miranda left, Liam goes over what the were talking about.

She was telling the truth about why she was with Claude, and told Jack that she could clear his name.

Liam sighs, thinking that he should get over himself and try again with Miranda.

But it will be the last strike, she has to tell him all she is planning to do and no more going behind his back.

"Well brother, it is up to you what you want to do." Craig claps Liam on the back.

Jack nods. "Miranda does seem genuine."

"Hmm, I just don't see why she couldn't say something."

When his friends leaves, Liam makes a call to Carl.

"I'm going to pay for her father's treatment. Don't wait up."

"Liam, I don't think she wants you to."

Liam sighs. "I'm going back to the hospital, that man needs all the help he can get."

He hangs up before Carl can say anymore.

In record time, Liam is at the hospital and making his way up to the room.
