APPOINTMENTS

Rebecca eyed Myles from where she stood at the receptionist's counter. She was beyond frustrated. She could have just stayed in here for a few minutes, had Myles gone immediately after dropping her off. Now she was going to have to sit through this.... painful appointment. She let out a sigh as she stared at the dumb receptionist who couldn't save a life even if she tried.

"Like I said," she said to the receptionist. " I have an appointment with Dr Schwartz." She said to her but the receptionist kept insisting.

"I'm really sorry ma'am but Dr Schwartz doesn't have any appointments with you." She told her and Rebecca glared at her. "If you could provide an valid evidence that shows that you indeed have an appointment with him, then we'll let you meet him. But for now, there is no proof that you have an appointment with him. " She said and Rebecca was silent for a moment.
