Ashton and Thomas got into Thomas' car and Ashton waited quietly for Thomas to ignite the engine of the car but it seemed Thomas had other plans. Ashton turned to look at him in wonder and caught Thomas watching him with angry yet narrowed eyes. Ashton was beginning to get pretty uncomfortable with that glare. He shifted uncomfortably in his seat, remembering that he hadn't buckled his seat belt. He turned and quickly did that. Seeing that he had securely fastened his seat belt, he sat back and turned to Thomas to find him still staring at him. What was this? He wondered.

"What?" Ashton finally asked, puzzled by Thomas' intense scrutiny. Thomas remained silent, his gaze scorching. Ashton's discomfort grew as he tried to decipher Thomas' unreadable expression. That was why he had asked incredulously. But Thomas kept staring at him. He was looking a him like he was some sort of new stuff, like he was some sort of weird alien.
