CHAPTER 130

Rylan Daystar was staring at a few documents in his office when he heard the sound of a knock on his door. He sighed and laid down the document on his desk. He hated it when he was disturbed.

“Who is that?” He asked.

It’s Mr. Dubois, sir,” a muffled voice answered from outside the room.

“Come in,” he ordered.

The door opened and a man stepped into the room. He had short black hair and a pair of glasses on. He was dressed in a white shirt and a striped tie which made him look quite decent. Rylan was surprised by the rare visit of the company’s financial director. He was baffled by this.

Mr. Dubois had been going through the company’s financial records this month and had noticed something odd in their records. He had hurried here to show this to Rylan. Maybe he would have a better understanding of what was going on.

“What is it, Dubois?” Rylan asked.

Mr. Dubois was holding a blue file in his hand which caught Rylan’s attention. Whatever was in that file, Rylan’s guts told him it
