“All I need is your cooperation, and I assure you, this will be all easy,” Lieutenant Wesley said.

Lana was seated before him on a table with her hands cuffed. She was in the interrogation room. A place she had never thought she would end up in. After everything that had happened last night, she thought she would be given a break but that didn’t seem to be the case. They were actively working on making sure that none of them ever saw the light of the day again.

“I have nothing to say,” Lana replied.

Lieutenant Wesley sighed and grabbed the ends of the table trying to keep his composure. She was making this much harder than it was supposed to be. All she had to do was tell him the truth, and maybe the judge would reduce her sentence, but he doubted she would want to say anything.
