COULD HE BE LYING?
It was a Sunday afternoon. Jakes and Stephanie were relaxing in their room and Gerald was very fast asleep. Jakes and Stephanie usually observed Sunday as one of their resting days, since they normally had a busy week at work. "I just hope that serpent rots in jail," Jakes remarked as he lay down on the bed. "Who are you referring to, dear?" Stephanie asked her husband.

"Who else will I be referring to if not Michelle, that bitch who planned to kill our child?" Jakes responded. After Dub had told them details about the crimes he had committed and the plot to kill Gerald, he surrendered himself to the police. Dub was later sentenced to prison to serve some years there, even though he had turned into a changed man, as a result of Jakes's counsel.
