ROSE'S DEPARTURE

Taylor was very devastated when he heard the news of Rose's plan to relocate. He had no idea why Rose wanted to leave. He loved his wife and couldn't imagine living without her. He felt hurt about Rose's plans and he wondered why she wanted to do that.

The day of Rose's departure arrived, and Taylor secretly stayed around the house, to see if what Michael told him was true.

As he waited, he saw Rose come out of the house with Curtis, her son, with a large box in her hands. With her suitcase in one hand and a large box in the other, as Curtis walked before her, Rose stepped out onto the porch.

The sun was shining and a light breeze blew through her hair, but she felt a knot in her stomach.

She tried to brush aside the feelings of how Taylor would feel when she discovered that she had left. To her, it was not hard to leave the life she had built with Taylor, since she didn't love him but was only after his money.
