THE DOCTOR'S PAIN

As soon as Michael left Taylor's house that fateful day, Rose began to be afraid of him. "What if he ends up taking his child away from me, or exposing what was done to him?" Rose thought to herself.

She believed that if Michael had the guts to release Curtis from the hospital and bring him down to their house, not minding what Taylor could think, then he could just do anything more.

So as soon as Michael left their house, Rose went to a quiet place to call him. She wasn't ready to wait until Michael arrived home, especially now that she was full of so much anxiety.

She dialled Michael's phone number and waited for him to pick it up, which he did almost immediately. "Hello, Rose," Michael said as soon as he picked up the call. He was surprised to see her call since he left their house a few minutes ago.

"Hello, Mike. I have something very important to tell you, that's why I'm calling," Rose said.
