I'm sure you must have invested so much into the construction of the building with the belief that it would be completed someday. And you must have started dreaming about its completion before this occurred. I don't want you to be unhappy," Elsie said and paused for a while.

"Tell me. How much will it cost to complete the building?" Elsie asked. "500 million dollars," Michael replied. "That's not as serious as I thought. I'll make sure I do something about it," Elsie promised.
