103 - Escape

"Alex is here." The last sentence kept running through Preston's head.

Preston immediately grabbed his outerwear and wrapped his body in it. Preston ran out of the house and got his car. No one knew Preston was out that early except the security guard, who woke up to Preston's car horn, asking to open the fence.

Preston sped off at full speed and headed for where the Hawthorne family's helicopter was kept. Preston arrived and woke up the person in charge of the helicopter.

"Take me to the Hawthorne building."

The sleeping pilot was forced to wake up. He washed his face and searched for his clothes and gear before warming up the helicopter's engine. "Why are you leaving so early?"

"There's something important going on, so I need to get there." Preston couldn't go into detail because it was confidential.

"Sorry."

The pilot climbed into the helicopter, and Preston followed. The building opened automatically and allowed the helicopter to begin taxiing. Preston, who was still sleepy, tried
