Everyone has just woken up from a long nap as they are all having dinner at the table, Andrew pulls out a wad of cash and drops it on the table, throwing them all in surprise.

“Andrew, where did you get such money from?” Doreen asks, her eyes widened.

“If you stole it, take it back!” Thomas orders. “We might be poor, but we are not thieves.”

Andrew just laughs at their worries. “Oh, Dad and mum, you don't have to worry. Everything is fine, I didn't steal the money. It's part of the money that the army gave me for my retirement.”

Ruby sighs as she picks up the money. It's thousands of dollars, more than she has seen in a long time.

Andrew kisses her. “Use it and register Uma in a good school. I need our daughter to have a sound education.”

“Oh, Andrew, Uma is already in the nursery school down the road. It's not much, but at least we can afford it.” Ruby says.

“No, I want only the best for my daughter. She is our heir, why will she attend such a cheap school?”
