As soon as they get to the house, Thomas takes out the bottle of wine that he has been hiding for some time and pops out the cork.

“This is the day that we have been waiting and praying for!” Thomas rejoices. “Ruby now has a job and our life is about to get better!”

Doreen hugs Ruby very tightly. Her eyes are filled with tears, but she quickly wipes it away.

“But what about Mister William Sanchez? He didn't protest about it, but he didn't look happy.” Andrew points out.
