The cloaked individual took a deep breath before pulling off the cloak covering their appearance.

"A female?" Aiden was taken aback when he discovered that the cloaked individual was actually a female. She looked to be about the same age as him, however she had sharp stern eyebrows, causing her to exhibit an unfriendly atmosphere around her. Aiden's brows rose when he noticed her pale skin tone and her blood red lips.

"She's a Vampire like me!"

Ignoring the looks of shock she was currently receiving, the Female Vampire from the Star Shatter Arms snorted as she stared fixedly at Aiden.

"I can sense that you are not lying to me. But so what? whoever you managed to kill had to be trash" she stated flatly.

"But didn't you say none of the members of the Star Shatter Arms are weaklings? aren't your words just contradicting yourself?" Aiden shook his head.

"Hmpfh. I just hope you'd remain this cocky once I rip off your heart.."

"You both should take care of the other two. Make sure n

"Do you think you have won?" the Female Vampire calmly looked at her armless shoulder and then her limp arm laying at her feet. Then right before Aiden's eyes, her armless shoulder sprouted out a fresh arm. If it wasn't for the limp arm on the ground, Aiden would have thought all that had transpired was merely his eyes playing a trick on him. "You!" his pupils shrank. Although he could also regrow lost limbs, he had precisely thought this was an ability exclusive to only him thanks to the system skill *Essence Swipe*. After all he had killed many Vampires and not one of them had exhibited the ability to grow their lost limbs. However what Aiden didn't know was that his knowledge about Vampires was very limited. Vampires were split into several attribute and their attributes gave them an extra buff. In the Vampire community, Vampires were classified into the below attributes.. Boom! Boom! Boom! Two figures whizzed around as they exchanged a flurry of punches packed with beta force. One of them was a large man and the other was a petite female who looked to be in her late teens. Boom! Kaito caught Lara's fist as he swung his left leg in a complicated arc, landing a roundhouse kick on her waist. Even though he was fighting a female, there was not the tiniest hint of mercy in his eyes. Lara's face went ashen as she felt her waist bone fracture from the kick, causing her to smash against the ground "Bastard! die!" Lara gritted her teeth with unwillingness as she struggled to rise up. Unfortunately for her, Kaito's earlier kick had ruthlessly paralysed her from the waist down. However as a Magi, this didn't pose a problem for her since she could mend her broken bones with the help of a healing pill. However she currently didn't have such healing pill on her. "You really talk big. Tell me even did you really think you stood a chance against me?" Kaito j

"One finger.. I only need one finger" Oge whispered flatly as she suddenly shot out her right index finger towards the incoming bone. As soon as Oge shot out that single finger forward, it was like her whole body had suddenly transformed into a sharp blade, with the tip of that finger exhibiting a deadly sharpness. Although this energy couldn't be seen with the naked eye, it could be clearly felt as the sound of space ripping themselves into shreds rang loudly. Boom! One bone and a single finger collided. However there wasn't the usual explosive sound of collision. Instead, Kaito suddenly spat out a mouthful of blood as he fleew back like a ragged doll, the bone club he held landed before Oge's feet. "Nice ingredient. Once I smelt it into my saber I wonder what level it is going to be?" Oge muttered as she calmly picked up the bone club, stowing it away inside her storage ring. Even after enduring that finger strike, the bone club remained completely undamaged. This went to sh

"Hmpfh. You are lying" after a long time, Alice finally sneered. "Do you know who a Progenitor is? there's no way this brat can be one" she clicked her tongue, refusing to believe the words she had just heard. Who were Progenitors? They were literally beings of legends. According to the legends, before the world was created there was only primal chaos bead. After primal chaos bead suddenly exploded, sprung out seven beings who became known as Progenitors. These Progenitors were the ones responsible for the emergence of the seven dominant races in the world. The Human Race, the Elf Race, the Myraid Beast Race, the Vampire Race, the Druid Race, the Sea Race and the Feind race. Out from the left over particles of the primal chaos beads sprung out the Terraces and Void Titans. So in a more broader sense, the seven Progenitors were the first beings that ever lived. However over the years the bloodline of the original Progenitors began to drastically wane. Infact the current Three

Rio stared at the altar before him, unable to snap out from the shock he was currently feeling. Apart from combat lessons, the Academy also taught it's students how to sense the aura of things. Judging by the antique aura he was sensing from the orb on the altar, Rio knew of only three types of entities who possessed such aura. Void Titans, Faes and Terraces. Void Titans were beings that could only be found swimming across nebula stars in the vast expanse of Utopia. Terraces were even more rarer type of beings who were said to be immortal. As for Faes, they were beings who were said to be the offsprings of Terraces. Although they were not very common, compared to Terraces, they were not that rare. As such Rio quickly recognized the orb as a slumbering Fae. And judging from the intense heat wafting out from it, it had to be a flame type Fae. Unlike Terraces who were the embodiment of a single elemental attributes, Faes were lesser embodiments. For example there might be a thousa

Even if he couldn't use its Innate technique, it could also be used to-- Grabbing the edge of the mirror, August slammed it towards the rapidly approaching matrix arrow. Bang! At that moment, a lot of thoughts were running through her mind, making her totally unaware when August gaze shifted towards her direction. "You.. You're next!" With the pages of his Hex Tome rapidly flipping, an Hex Pattern lit up behind August. However compared to the Hex Pattern casted by low level Magis, his own was quite different.. Perhaps it might've been because he was under the effect of his Domain Expansum, the interlinked glowing neidan strokes that comprised the entire schematics of the Hex Pattern were all connected to a single star that stood out like a sore thumb; whether it was th

It wasn't just his movement speed that was being affected, he could also sense that the flow of his beta force was beginning to slow down as well. "Hmm.. from what you've told me so far about this Rio character, you envy him.." Dr. List observed Aiden keenly. They've been ten minutes deep in their therapy session and so far, she's succeeded in holding a two way conversation with him. For her, this was progress. "I envy the privileges he had. There was even a time when I wished to have his life.." Aiden shook his head self loathingly. "Oh? and why would you ever think of that? you have to know that no matter how it appears to be on the surface, nobody's life is a rose without its thorns.." Aiden's brows knitted as he adopted a serious tone. "Rio was different. He had everything I ever wanted.. loving parents who spent all their time doting on him, a confident social life.. if I started listing them I'm afraid I won't be able to stop.." "Hmm.. makes sense. "What did you do?!" clenching his jaws in rage, he roared in outrage. "What I did?" "For somebody of your status, I thought you'd know about this fact by now?' the sneer in Captain Sarai's statement stroked August rage even more. "The situation is simple really. I have received the recognition of my artifact spirit, you haven't. As such no matter whether your enchanted armament surpasses mine in rankings, it won't mean shit. Right now, your enchanted armament is nothing but a useless hunk of metal.. " "No. No!" August expression fell. "You must be lying!" Channeling more energy into the longsword, a greenish halo surrounded its surface as an Hex Pattern appeared behind August wit
