Waiting for me was a blonde-haired woman in a white naval uniform, hands on her hips with a dignified demeanor, as the door suddenly slammed shut, leaving just the two of us, a white table, and two empty chairs inside the room.

"Have you arrived there?"

A mesmerizing female voice came from her.

"There?"

"Hey, I'm the one asking the questions!"

The blonde woman turned around, her eyes powerful like a goddess, her beautiful face with fair skin in the military uniform like a warrior angel. The seductive allure from an older woman made my youthfulness surge, similar to how I had fallen for Madeline, but this time it was even more intense.

I have to get her number, I have to get her number, I have to get her number!

"Don't worry, no one here can hear us talking!"

The lights then dimmed and flickered with crackling sounds.

"Ah... yes, I've been there!"

I don't know why I obediently replied like a well-trained puppy...

"What did it look like?"

"It was quite chaotic, as if it had merged all places in the world into one, and there were no sky or moon, the ground was above the sky, the sea below the desert, and snow fell on the desert."

"What about the monster?"

"There was one like a giant octopus, its tentacles as big and long as a skyscraper, the rest I'm not sure."

The beautiful woman put her hand on her chin, pondered, then nodded and waved her hand, the steel door suddenly swung open along with the electric lights flickering then stabilizing again.

What she just performed left me a bit terrified, but not too surprised after experiencing a crazy world and witnessing the time-reversal power of the mysterious man.

"You can go, someone outside will receive and resolve your questions."

Somehow, the coldness from that woman makes me want to conquer her even more. Could this be a man's instinct? But just by looking, it's clear that the gap in strength is immense, she must surely be a Void Keeper and probably not of low rank, I should know my place... just like what Simon always said.

Right... I should have quietly bowed my head and walked towards the door.

"What kind of person do you like?"

I don't understand why I did that, facing someone terrifying who had also warned me not to ask questions. It seems the past few hours have driven me insane.

She seemed really angry, covering her mouth as if trying to restrain herself. I should apologize...

"I... I like someone stronger than yourself!"

The beautiful sister suddenly blushed in response, leaving me stunned. After being petrified at the exit for a few minutes, men in black suits began to enter and drag me outside.

.

.

.

A few minutes after being escorted outside, I felt like I had just turned into a sexual harassment criminal. Dazed by the overly adorable expression from the sister earlier, I immediately received a familiar thump on the head.

"What's wrong with you now, you devil?"

Realizing my best friend was here, dressed in a black suit looking more mature than our usual school uniform, having him beside me made me feel somewhat relieved. We walked and chatted as if nothing had happened.

"Man, everything is so chaotic, I thought I was about to be reincarnation..."

"You're lucky, if it weren't for her, you would have been done for."

"What, it wasn't you who saved me?"

"What right do I have to save you, this is the headquarters of the Emerald Void Keeper Association! Lacey was the one who saved you."

Hearing that surprised me, so that means I am currently in Serenity City, haven't even had time to pack anything or say goodbye to my grandparents, really...

"So, what do you think about that lady?", I nudged my friend's shoulder with my finger.

"Cut it out, do you even know who she is to joke around?", he flares up as usual.

"Come on, of course, she's a Void Keeper."

"That's the strongest Void Keeper in the world, Lightning Queen, you know!"

Hold on, I think I just caught something...

"Can you repeat that, Simon?"

"Lightning Queen, the world's strongest S-ranked Void Keeper, Lacey Rice!"

"What??? Lacey Rice???"

Oh no, it seems I've just tangled with the wrong person. I knew she was strong, but I didn't expect her to be the world's number one Void Keeper, Lacey Rice. The one with the title Lightning Queen, who single-handedly pushed back all the pure Void monsters at the level four rift in Rainbow.

"Hey, are you sure, she even blushed in response to my answer?"

"You've been eroded so much that you've gone mad, Lacey has never shown any emotion before, not to mention that no one has the right to question her. You should seriously thank your benefactor."

"But I don't know her, why would she save someone like me?"

"No idea, I was responsible for getting you back to headquarters, suddenly the big bosses receive a call from Lacey, and then everyone quietly waits for the helicopter to bring her to headquarters."

"Well, I've been released anyway, should I take a walk around Serenity before going back?"

"Back? Back where?"

"Back home... wait, why am I even here?"

"My friend, I'm sorry, but since you were identified as a dangerous element with a 100% erosion rate, your citizen rights are now even lower than those of weeaboos, you know?" Simon said.

"Eh? Why?"

He stops in front of me, hands on hips, in a manner as seriously as Simon always does.

"From now on, you've been compulsorily enlisted into the Void Keeper organization. As a particularly dangerous element, you will be monitored 24/7 until you receive a 'safe' rating from your supervisor."

"What???"

...

[ Information ] [ Inventory ] [ Store ] [ Other options... ]

I stand pondering in the endless night of this illusion, before a strange display just like the dream I had before.

It's been quite a while since I was forced to work for the Void Keeper organization. Initially, I hoped they'd assign me to some low-level human resources or electronic communication staff, but I ended up being forced to become an official Keeper.

According to regulations, not everyone exceeding a 5% erosion rate has to become a Keeper. They can do other jobs but must still declare annually and be under loose government surveillance. However, I'm a special case, and the best way to manage me was to integrate me with the Void Keepers, even saying if I resist or lose control, the supervisor has the right to kill me.

Well, whatever, having a job right after graduation is still better, first thing tomorrow I need to go to HR to work and sign the employment contract.

"Wait, I haven't called my grandparents yet, they must be worried about me."

I sigh, then look up at the display before me.

"It's strange, isn't it? A repeating dream?"

After selecting "Information", the same lines appear as before.

[ Name: Sebastian Robbins ]

[ Age: 18 ]

[ Occupation: ... ]

"But this time it's a bit strange, last time the occupation was displayed as none, why is it dots this time?"

Curious, I select the dots in the occupation line, and another notification appears before me.

[ Do you want to integrate into the Void Keeper profile? ]

[ Yes ] [ No ]

It's so real it knows I'm about to become a Void Keeper and presents such an option, to me it's truly a bizarre dream.

A series of bizarre information appeared after I agreed to integrate the Void Keeper profile, this time it looked more like an RPG game.

[ Void Keeper Profile #000 ]

Name: Sebastian Robbins | Level: 0

Affiliation: Government

Age: 18

Title: (Empty)

Location: Unknown

Passive skills:

Admin: (No description)

Active skills:

My image was also attached next to it, along with a stats box familiar to leveling-up games.

[ Str: 5 | Vit: 8 | Int: 100 (Max) | Agi: 7 | Res: 0 ]

[ Accumulated Points: 0 ]

If I'm not mistaken: "Str" stands for Strength, indicating the strength and endurance stats: "Vit" must be Vitality, indicating stamina: "Agi" means Agility, a stat that reflects speed and reflexes. As for "Int", it’s the intelligence stat. Hmm... I'm not sure why it's maxed out, far surpassing the initial stats.

"What's 'Res'? Why is it zero?"

I curiously selected the Res part, and as expected, a brief description appeared right before my eyes, quite self-explanatory.

[ Resistant: the ability to resist elemental damage. ]

Elemental damage, likely including basic elements like Fire, Water, Wind, Thunder, Ice. Not sure if there are other elements, but it seems like if I increase this stat, my character could jump into fire?

Then there’s the way the numbers are calculated, which I find quite hard to imagine. Of course, this dream game also didn't forget to include a detailed description, which would undoubtedly make for a fascinating game if it were to appear in real life.
