11-The Weird Classes And The Journey To The Capital

Izuro's Pov:

After a month of studying , I finally learned most of the words used in daily life and important occasions.

I also learned how to efficiency channel my mana as to reduce unnecessary lose of it.

After finishing today's morning lecture, aunt Alicia and mother didn't leave like usual but stayed waiting.

Looking at both of them with suspecting eyes,  they just smiled and ignored me.

What's goin on now?

10 minutes have passed since the morning lecture, father and uncle finally came.

[Seriniti]: "Has the date been set?"

[Yusez]: "Yes. We are going today"

"Where are we going?"

I asked curiously.

[Martin]: "To the royal capital"

[Ibara]: "why?"

[Alicia]: "so we can attend the Prince first birthday's Banquet, my dear Iba"

A banquet huh. It's my first time going to one.

[Seriniti]: "so it seem we need to take different cars now"

Hearing my mother and aunt talking about parting away now and meeting in the banquet, Ibara suddenly said loudly

[Ibara]: "Never"

After saying that she caught my hand and keep staring at the four people, making her answer obviously.

Man this is the first she hold my hand.

But. Why is her hand cold? Did her magic affect her?

[Alicia]: "Oh my. That's cute iba"

She said that in a teasing manner.

[Seriniti]: "sigh. It seem we will leave together now"

Hearing the answer she wanted, Ibara stopped holding my hand .

I hurriedly caught her shoulder and asked with worry.

"What happened to your hand?"

[Ibara]: "my hand???"

Seeing her dump look, I start getting annoyed.

Without giving her a chance to react, I caught her hands and putted them near my face.

It's really cold but not like before.

"Why is your hand's temperature like this"

I asked her while blowing hot air at her hands and rubbing it with mine.

[Ibara]: "oh you mean this. well it happens when I release my mana or lose control of it. But don't worry since my magic element is ice, then no cold air or snow can harm me, only making my hands like that"

Oh it seems like a side effect of having ice element.

So does the fire magician have their temperature rise? And what is the side effect of my magic?.

I will try discovering it later. Now all that matter to me is finding a way to make her hands have a normal temperature. Guess I will try reading the books here for useful information. But before that we need to attend the party.

[Ibara]: "umm, that ... Can you..?"

"Can I what?"

[Ibara]: "never mind"

Looking at her with suspected eyes and seeing her not answering , I start walking towards the four while holding her hand.

Seeing the four smiling while looking at me ,I asked

"What?"

[Martin]: "Ahem. Nothing, now let's go"

After he finish speaking , he lead us while uncle following him.

Seeing my mother and aunt Alicia also following, I asked while feeling puzzled

"Aren't you going to carry us?"

[Seriniti]: "oh dear you are big now and can walk on your own, why should I carry you?"

Big? Didn't you just lifted me up in the morning??

Before I even protest I found them already out of the library.

Guess it's time to see my training result.

"Can you walk for a long distance ? If you can't just lean on me when you lose balance."

[Ibara]: "Hmph, you are looking down on me too much"

Saying that she start walking while holding my hand tightly.

I just smiled faintly at her proud look and continue keeping my footsteps near her.

Walking all the way from the library to the castle entrance took sometime. While walking every servants who see us will change his face ,move from our way and bow their heads.

Well , I'm used to it.

I asked Ibara about her feeling when she see them behaving like that, even if she is smart and behave like an adult she's still a little girl.

I was expecting her to start cursing them or saying something not good, but to my surprise she answered calmly "I don't care about their though about me, I only care about what my mother, father, uncle and aunt though about me, and especially you"

I was left speechless.

Honestly I don't really care about other people in this world except those five. I mean ,they all look at me with those eyes that says it want me away, and you expect me to greet them?.

since you want to stay away from me so do I.

I don't need your friendship nor anything, since I'm born in a rich family I can try what I didn't try in my past live as well as the new things to me.

While I was walking and lost in my thoughts I bumped into someone.

Regaining my sense, I saw Ibara already with her mother while I bumped in someone .

Looking up I saw it was uncle Yusez, who is now looking at me with worry.

[Yusez]: "are you OK?"

"Yeah just a little scratch. But honestly uncle your body is as strong as iron. Are your class a guardian or what?"

I'm 100% sure uncle is a guardian or a knight, I mean with this body I bet no one can break his defense.

[Yusez]: "Ahahahaha. Actually I'm a lightning magician"

As I thought he was a magi...

Wait.

Wait wait wait.

did I heard that wrong?

"Sorry uncle I didn't hear you, did you say your class was a magician?"

[Yusez]: "Yes"

WTF.

Are you saying this macho who look like a high ranking tank is actually a magician???

"OK and what's my father class?"

[Yusez]: "you can ask him, he's behind you"

As he finished speaking, I feel a hand rubbing my hair slowly and gently .

Turning my head I found my father looking at me while keeping a kind face .

He always appear silently so I though he was an assassin.

But not anymore after hearing my uncle class.

"Father ,what's your class?,  assassin? Because you always walk and appear silently"

[Martin]: "My class is Berserk"

Though it.

This two aren't normal.

While being lost in though and thinking about how this world is weird, my father carried me and walked towards our usual traveling car.

This time the car have two logo. A huge L in one side and a Huge S on the other side. Hmm so the logo is the family name huh, pretty simple.

Entering the familiar car, I directly slipped though my father arms and run to my mother and aunt side, so I can ask them about their class.

"Mother, Mother Alicia, what's your class?"

[Seriniti]: "Oh, I'm just a support class."

[Alicia]: "since you called me mother then I can't refuse your question. I'm a water magician"

I breathed a sigh of relief after hearing their answers. Finally a normal people with expected class.

While letting my mother putting me in her lap I start watching ibara getting her cheek kneaded into various shapes by her mother.

Cute.

Looking at the window , I start thinking about the royal capital.

I'm totally excited and looking forward to it.
