Clay left Jared in the room to check the bathroom without anyone around her .She might not hzce looked it but Clay was very shy when it came to things like this and was extremely uncomfortable even if it was girls that she had to show her body too,so she avoided situations that could lead to that with all of her might .She needed to wash her face and her hair at least ,she had also taken a bottled water for just in case she found toothpaste .Her parents would turn in their graves if they found out that she had not brushed in two days and would probably not brush till the end of the next couple of days, thinking about that alone had her grimacing but oral hygiene was really the worst of her worries right now.Not washing any part of her body for seven days sounded too scary in general but not as scary as dying within seven days .She had realized a little after she had left her room that she had never asked where this bathroom that had water was located and now she had no idea how t

Clay closed her eyes and listened to the rumblings closer.Her eyes flew open almost immediately,eyes closed they sounded even more terrible .She turned to Saul,her fear luminescent in her eyes." Get the things you need and go outside now !! JUNEAfter their game had determined the order in which they would use the bathroom,June had patiently waited for her turn.June was supposed to use the bathroom after Jared but as soon as she had been left alone with the others going about their personal businesses , her thoughts had reverted and all she could think of was the fight she had gotten herself into and how she completely had no idea why she had done what she did .Her impulsiveness was her greatest asset and flaw,somedays it was a bigger flaw than it was an asset, actually, most days.Even though it might not have looked like it, June was quite aware of her flaws and tried to handle them as smoothly as possible.Hence,it was unlike her to deliberately cause trouble for herself but recently she had been doing a fine job of causing a lot of trouble for herself which was the total opposite of who she was.Even though June had lived all of her life on the streets , she had always been the type to run when there was trouble ,

Clay was off within the blink of an eye,headed for June.Clay had run forward before she could even completely figure out what was happening .As she moved , running forward, all she could hear was the rumbling that sounded so close to her ear .Everything was a blur as she ran faster than she had ever done .She would never have anyone die on her,not ever again.Not June , not Saul or Jared and most especially not Jaymie when she could help it.She reached June and reached out to grab June, she jumped away just as an explosion shook the wall , crumbling it .The momentum from her jump coupled with the blast of the explosion from the steel's attack threw she and June further away from the intended endpoint for her jump.Clay fell with her body covering June and her arms hitting the asphalt heavily in an attempt to brace June's head.She groaned loudly as pain shot up her arms and knees that had also ground up against the asphalt.She pushed herself off of June to lay down on her own ,

JUNEAfter they had successfully albeit turbulently managed to help Clay into her room,she has slept off almost immediately.They had disinfected Clay's wound and wrapped it up in bandages while she had been sleeping and it had not been easy at all since Jared would not come anywhere near her blood and both June and Saul had absolutely no useful medical knowledge.All they seemed to know we'ree food combinations that were supposedly deadly.When their struggle had finally ended,they had all been almost as exhausted as Clay was.Saul had decided that they watch her in shifts so they could rest but instead of saying it straightforwardly,he had instead made a bad joke of not letting their best fighter run away on them after she realized that she was always getting injured around them and they were simply too much trouble , none of them had laughed even when they realized that he was just trying to ease their emotions.Well,it was because he was mostly right.Jared had of course taken the
