“Fuck!” Jennie screamed immediately she entered her apartment, pacing around in frustration.

How had it gotten to this point, she asked herself.

Her funds were running low already and a new one wasn’t coming forth. It was not even guaranteed that she would be getting new ones from Richardson.

All she had been spending had been the money from the gathering she had gone to with him. Now everything she had was gone and she had to pull herself together and know what she was going to do to get money from him again.

She wondered when he would be going to a plus one gathering again so she would get paid like before. She picked up her phone to call and ask him but decided against it. It had to be his call and not hers to make.

She couldn’t believe she had let that witch, Alice, goad her into buying the ten thousand dollars purse. She didn’t even need it so why had she gotten it?!

She was so angry at herself for doing such. She should have walked away instead of trying to prove that she could
